Latest Processing Facility Assault Demonstrates 'Zero Secure Places in the Russian Deep Rear'
Ukraine's UAVs have struck Russia's oil processing plant in Ufa, located some 1,400 kilometres from Ukraine, causing explosions and a fire, as reported by a source in the Ukrainian Security Service.

Zelenskyy Urges US President to Mediate Ceasefire in the Conflict

In the Russian frontier area of the Belgorod region, a truck driver was killed by a Ukrainian strike, as stated by municipal sources.
Electricity Repair Efforts in the Capital
Operations proceeded on Saturday to restore power in the Ukrainian capital, after assaults.
Electricity had been recovered to more than 800,000 residents by Saturday and the major private energy company stated the key operations to restore power was concluded though certain disruptions continued.
Air Defence Efforts and Drone Interceptions
Ukraine's anti-aircraft systems downed or disrupted 54 of 78 enemy drones deployed against the country overnight, the air force announced on the weekend.
The Russian defence ministry stated it shot down 42 enemy Ukrainian drones over Russian territory.
Cuban Government Rejects Accusations of Sending Troops to Ukraine
Cuba on the weekend refuted US claims it has sent soldiers to fight in the Ukraine war, while declaring the government "are without precise information about Cuban nationals" participating "independently" or "as part of the armed units of the conflicting parties".
The ministry in the capital announced 26 nationals had been sentenced to jail sentences varying between five to 14 years for mercenary involvement since last September when information circulated of individuals being sent to the front in Ukraine.
