Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different sections of the property.

Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
